1. Check if the power supply is normal. If the power supply is abnormal, it will cause the electronic controller to malfunction, which will affect the normal opening of the electronic lock. At this point, it is necessary to check whether the power supply is firmly connected, whether the power cord is intact, and whether the power supply voltage is within the normal range.
2. Check if the card reader is functioning properly. If the card reader malfunctions, it will cause the electronic controller to be unable to correctly recognize the cardholder's information, thereby affecting the normal opening of the electronic lock. At this point, it is necessary to check whether the card reader is securely connected and whether there is dirt or damage on the surface of the card reader.
