Operators must avoid operating in a state of anxiety or fatigue to prevent safety accidents and ensure operational safety. All employees should check whether their clothing meets work standards before entering their positions. It is prohibited to wear sandals, high heels, or clothing that endangers safety. Those with long hair should wear a safety helmet. 3. When disassembling and replacing precision parts, first cut off the power, and after the high-speed punching machine movement unit stops running, the installation and adjustment of the Mold can begin. After installation and adjustment, manually move the water pump flywheel to test punch twice, check whether the left and right molds are symmetrical and effective, whether the screws are secure, and whether the edge banding ring is in an effective position. 4. 5. When the machine is working normally, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the working area of the slider, and it is prohibited to take or place the workpiece with your hands. When taking and placing workpieces in the stamping mold, it is necessary to use tools that comply with regulations. If any abnormal noise or equipment malfunction is detected in the machinery, the main power switch should be immediately turned off for inspection. After the machine is started, one person should understand the actual operation of the machine.
